Overseeing the delivery of multiple projects within client’s organisations, managing risks & issues, stakeholder communication, budget controls and programme governance. Contract administration between employer and contractor, representing client interests in both pre and post contract works, performing and fulfilling client duties under the contract, overseeing and managing the design consultant teams and protecting client’s interests by monitoring the developers performance.

Workplace Design

CGC in house design team offer client’s a full workplace design service, space planning, design management, ergonomic furniture selection and procurement. “Return to Office – Post Covid-19” consultancy assistance in planning office safeguarding to provide safe solutions for returning staff.

Migration Management

Relocation management of staff within existing buildings or to new premises and migration task planning of all key deliverables pre and post move. Business continuity planning – supporting clients in the selection and delivery of a duplicate building in an alternative location, with I.T. systems disaster ready. Lease hand-back and building dilapidation reporting.
